Ieri ho provato a fare il sugo per la pastasciutta con dei funghi secchi che ho comperato al negozio di alimentari cinese.

Yesterday I tried concocting a pasta sauce with some dried mushrooms I found at the oriental food shop.
It didn’t come out as I expected; that mushrooms are particularly stubborn, and the taste is strange.
Next time it’ll be better to stick to local mushrooms.
