今天我读了一个非常有意思的消息。
文章说信息产业部发布通报,14日开始所有在境内生产的手机充电器应符合标准规定。
不管是USB接口或者别的标准,关键是所有手机都要用同样的充电器!
这是为消费者好,因为解决长期困扰消费者的手机充电器不兼容的问题。
再说,现在如果我把充电器忘在家里而手机没有电,就糟糕了!
没有办法充电。
但是如果充电器都一样的话,我可以使用别人的充电器,没有问题了。
再说,换手机时也可以少花钱。
为环境也好:每次要换手机,为什么也要换充电器?
据统计在中国每年约有 30 ％的人换手机,一共有很多浪费,旧的充电器要扔掉。
从另一个角度看，也很有意思：这个规定对手机厂商没有那么好:他们都想发展自己的接口所以用户买手机的时候也必须买新的充电器,不可以用旧的或别人的。
如果是在意大利,手机供应商会大发雷霆。
在中国,是政府发布通报解决这个问题。
我认为，未来的理想情况应该是所有MP3、剃须刀、数码相机、遥控器等等，所有的电子产品都可以用同一个充电器…
现在一个设备一个充电器,真是够麻烦的。

Oggi ho letto una notizia che mi ha fatto fare i salti di gioia.
L’articolo dice che il ministero dell’Informazione cinese ha promulgato una legge secondo la quale tutti i telefoni cellulari per il mercato cinese prodotti dopo il 14 di questo mese dovranno avere il caricabatteria conforme ad uno standard uguale per tutti.
Non importa se sia USB oppure un altro tipo di presa, l’importante è che lo stesso caricabatteria andrà bene per tutti!
Questo è un bene per i consumatori, in quanto si risolve l’annoso problema dei caricabatteria non compatibili.
Ora se si esce di casa senza carichino e la batteria è scarica, la fine! Non c’è più modo di ricaricare il telefono.
Invece se tutti avessero la presa standard, potrei semplicemente farmi prestare il caricabatteria da qualcun altro.
E inoltre, si potrebbe risparmiare anche qualche soldino quando si cambia cellulare.
È una cosa utile anche per l’ambiente: infatti perchè buttare il caricabatteria vecchio quando si compera un cellulare nuovo?
Secondo le statistiche solo in Cina il 30% della gente cambia cellulare una volta all’anno, è uno spreco enorme se si pensa ai vecchi caricabatteria gettati via.
La parte più interessante è che questa legge fa un grosso dispetto ai costruttori di telefonini, che notoriamente si sono sempre adoperati per creare delle prese sempre più diverse tra loro in modo che non sia mai possibile usare un caricabatteria vecchio oppure di qualcun altro.
Certo se facessero una legge del genere in Italia, il giorno dopo i costruttori di telefonini farebbero una vera e propria guerra.
In Cina, è il governo che pensa a risolvere la questione con una legge.
Nel mio mondo ideale tutti i lettori MP3, rasoi, macchine fotografiche digitali, radiocomandi, tutti avrebbero un solo caricabatteria…
Ora come ora, un caricabatteria per ognuno di questi apparecchi è un bel fastidio.

Today I’ve read one really interesting piece of news.
The news is that the Chinese Ministry of Information Industriesissued the following law: all the cellular phones constructed after the 14th present month shall have the charger plug conformant to a common standard.
Guys! it does not matter if it is USB or some other kind of plug, the key issue is that one charger will be fine for all kind of phones!
This is good news for the consumers, since it solves the cranky problem of the non compatible chargers.
Nowadays, if you leave your charger at home and your phone has no battery, you’re screwed. No way you can charge your cellphone.
But if everybody had the same plug, you culd just use some other people’s!
Not only, you could also save money when you buy a new phone.
It is good to the environment too: why throw away the old charger when you buy a new phone?
The statistics show that in China only, 30% of people changes cellphone once a year, it’s an enormous waste of old chargers.
The most interesting thing is that this law is a royal pain in the neck for phone suppliers, who are always plotting in order to produce plugs of the most various shapes, so that is is practically impossible to use other people’s chargers.
Just think if the government issued such a law in Italy: the phone suplpiers would go to war.
In China, it is the government which solves the problem with a law.
In my ideal world, all the MP3 players, shavers, digital cameras, remote controls, all have one charger.
Now, having one charger for each appliance is a big hassle.
