Frase numero 8 del “现代千字文”

  1. Italiano: Ieri sera a cena noi due abbiamo preso maiale in salsa chili, cavolo fritto con funghi, due porzioni di riso, due tazze di tè e cinque bottiglie di birra, e ci sono rimasti pochi soldi.

Note

  1. 俩 è usato principalmente per indicare due persone
  2. 抄 sta per “stir fried”, cioè “saltato in padella”, “炸” (zhá) significa “deep fried” e corrisponde al nostro “fritto”

木耳 indica una particolare varietà di fungo che cresce sulla corteccia degli alberi, molto usato in cucina.
In giapponese è indicato con gli stessi caratteri, pronunciati きくらげ.
Ce ne sono due tipi (黑木耳 e 白木耳), generalmente si trova disseccato.
Il nome scientifico è Auricularia auricula-judae
